June starts off with the 17th Annual Larkspur on Saturday, June 2, 10am-6pm, and Sunday, June 3, 10am-4pm!  Beth and I will be there along with 26 other area artists.  What a great time it is every year, beautiful gardens and a fantastic variety of painters, potters, jewelers, ceramic sculptors, baskets, woodworking, and plants!  The Alvarino-Norwood family invite everyone to visit at 6401 Litchford Rd., Raleigh, NC 27615.

And if you are in the creating and learning mode, Beth and I have Hypertufa and Concrete Leaf Workshops scheduled for Saturday, June 16. And also on Saturday, June 23 we are having Hypertufa and Leaf Workshops that are sponsored by the JC Raulston Arboretum for its members.  The Hypertufa Workshops are 9am-noon and the Concrete Leaf Workshops are 1pm-3pm on those Saturdays.  Come and make a new treasure for your garden or home.  A new feature  available at our workshops will be packaged ingredients for a hypertufa or leaf that you make at home.  You will have the form and board from the workshop and you will not have to purchase large bags of ingredients to make another trough or leaf! Beth and I are excited to offer this convenience for you.

The cost of the Hypertufa Workshop is $60 and the Concrete Leaf Workshop is $50.  If you are interested in these workshops, please email us through this website.
